Brunch with Benefits: Bensi Ristorante Gives Back to Area Schools Featured

Paramus, NJ, November 8, 2011 — As part of its ongoing commitment to community programs, Bensí Ristorante Italiano at Paramus Park Mall will launch the Bensí Brunch with Benefits program where 10% of all Sunday Brunch proceeds will be donated to support local grammar school-related fundraisers.  Each week, a different grammar school from Paramus and neighboring towns will be chosen on a first-come, first-serve basis.

“For years, Bensí has been supporting school programs in various ways – from offering school lunches with customized meals that are delivered fresh to participating schools, to contributing to local school sports teams,” says John Osso, President of Bensí Restaurant Group, Inc.  “This is our way to continue to give back, and what better way for families to participate in our program than by enjoying a relaxing, delicious Sunday Brunch with the beautiful music of Jazz pianist, composer and New Jersey-native, John Bianculli.”

Bensí Sunday Bruch can accommodate families and large groups and is reasonably priced at $15.95 for adults and $7.95 for children under 10.  Brunch features an omelet station, carving station, classic brunch fare and the Bensí chef’s Italian specialties, plus a chocolate fountain with dipping treats such as strawberries and marshmallows.

To qualify for the Bensí Brunch with Benefits program, schools must demonstrate a bona-fide fundraiser program that benefits student programs.  The program will commence immediately and will run through June 30, 2012.  Interested organizations should e-mail John Osso at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Just off the Atlantic City Expressway, in the middle of the new Shoppes at Cross Keys Mall, sits Bensi Ristorante Italiano amidst upscale clothing and specialty stores. Parking is ample, easy and safe.

There are several tables for alfresco dining in good weather — now piled with snow. You are greeted first with the aromas of garlic and strong coffee, then by a smiling wait staff. People are waiting, but if you make reservations, you are led immediately to your table in one of the two bustling dining rooms.

"The first thing you’ll notice when you walk in the door is how much time, effort and thought went into the décor. Bensi has a trendy urban bistro atmosphere. Even the bar in the front of the restaurant makes you feel like you’re in a chic Manhattan club."
